  5. I am sorry I don´t have any satisfying answer for you at the moment. As Mike said Vittorio Cirini is the person who is responsible for the Judge´s Examinations and all the related papers and administration. But I think he has already sent it to the Secretary General. I´ll send him your message and also will try to find out from him where is the problem.

  7. Marian, the cards are issued only by the ICF Secretary General so your Federation should claim it there.
The ICF now issues E-Canoeing Express - a newsletter with a lot of information for Federations. In the last issue (No.002) the Federations were asked to update a list of officials that was an enclosure of the newsletter. I saw your name on the list so ask your Federation to claim it. BUT the deadline is 20th January 2006 !!!
